GET YOUR A/C SYSTEM READY FOR THE SOUTH TEXAS HEAT!  Your friends at Roggeman Air Conditioning and Refrigeration are pleased to offer this Residential Service Agreement as a preventative maintenance for your air conditioning and heating systems.  We will call ahead and make an appointment to check and/or clean the features listed below (parts/filters not included).** One property per service agreement.**

1.       Service Agreement Customers receive PRIORITY SERVICE.

2.       ALL ADDITIONAL SERVICE will be provided to Service Agreement Customers at a 10% discount on labor costs.

3.       If our inspection uncovers problems which require service or parts, you will be advised of any additional charges. 

Customer must give approval for any additional work or charges.

4.       This agreement is in effect from the date it is signed and accepted by Roggeman A/Conditioning & Refrigeration for (1) year.

5.       If another contractor works on the equipment covered in this service agreement, we retain the right to terminate this agreement.

6.       Contract may be cancelled by either party by giving a thirty-day written notice of intent to terminate the agreement.

7.       All services will be performed Monday thru Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

8.       We service all makes and models.

9.       All of this for only $200.00 per year, payable in advance, for a single system.  Each additional system will be $90.00.  A system consists of 1 – Condenser (outside unit) & 1 – gas furnace or electric Air handler (inside unit).
